Student Financial and Registration Services- Previously recorded on Wednesday, August 7th 

  • Student Financial and Registration Services is an integrated student services organization designed to assist students, families, and the GW community with navigating administrative processes related to Student Financial Assistance, Student Accounts, and Registrar.  Team members are cross-trained in these three areas to ensure a seamless service experience and resolve inquiries at the first point of contact where possible.  Some of the topics we will discuss are ​FERPA, understanding your bill and the online billing system (Student Account eBill), monthly payment plans, applying for parent loans, withdrawals and refunds, and tuition Insurance.  Click here to access the webinar.
